Ryan S. Dancey is a serial entrepreneur who has worked in high tech, and tabletop and digital gaming. He co-created Legend of the Five Rings, published the 3rd Edition of Dungeons & Dragons and created the Open Gaming License with an incredible team at Wizards of the Coast, lived and worked in Reykjavik Iceland as CMO for CCP, created Pathfinder Online, and now serves as Chief Operating Officer of AEG, publisher of tabletop family games including Cascadia which won the Spiel des Jahres.
